FAIXA
Faixa is my final master project centered around the creation of a media platform dedicated to Brazilian funk culture. The project explores a complete art direction system spanning a podcast, a cultural magazine, live event series and urban merch, designed as a coherent media ecosystem. The visual identity is built on a strong and expressive direction, using highly saturated colours inspired by the intensity of funk music. A custom typeface was designed specifically for the project, while compositions draw from Brazilian visual culture to create a contemporary, energetic and culturally rooted language.
